Mary-Eugenia Brizuela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is an anxiety therapist in Tampa, Florida. Mary has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and has specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive related disorders over the past 6 years at the outpatient level in her private practice. Mary has a passion for treating anxiety and OCD related disorders. The majority of her caseload is made up of people working to overcome anxiety and OCD symptoms. Mary primarily works with adults 18 and older, however, she often works with teens 14 and older struggling with OCD due to her experience with working with adolescents. She worked at Rogers Behavioral Health in the Anxiety/OCD Intensive Outpatient Program for adults and the Anxiety/OCD Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents where she received extensive supervision and training on providing Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. Mary has also completed the highly exclusive Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) program by the International OCD Foundation in Austin, Texas.
