Sheree Benjamin, LMHC

Sheree Benjamin is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. Sheree has over 5 years of experience in the mental health field and has specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders, PTSD, and Depression. She has been cross-trained and specializes in the treatment of OCD utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention and CBT. Sheree works with clients of all ages and is passionate about working with teenagers/adolescents. During her 12 years of service in the Army, Sheree served our nation as a behavioral health specialist where she assisted with outpatient care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients, in addition to holding individual and group sessions counseling patients with personal, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
